On September 23, the great Social Event took place at the "Grüne Halle" in Fürth. Built on the site of the former William-O.-Darby barracks, today it is a very special place. Surrounded by protected monuments, it appeals to all senses: visual, aural, culinary.
Until late at night, the participants of CONQUEST 2004 celebrated at the conference dinner. Apart from an enormous international buffet, the software experts from 21 countries enjoyed an extraordinary social program with a repertoire of Italian, French and Spanish operas. Afterwards the band "SmallTalk" provided for a more danceable sound with encores until after midnight.
