Dr. Thomas Schlick (Managing Director at the German Association of the Automotive Industry VDA)

Born in 1962, Thomas Schlick studied mechanical engineering and began his career in 1989 as managing director at Siemens VDO. From 1994 Thomas Schlick was managing director of Siemens VDO in the Czech Republic and since October 2003, he has been the Managing Director responsible for technology and environment at the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) in Frankfurt/Main.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Richard Messnarz

Dr. Richard Messnarz is the Executive Director of ISCN LTD and ISCN GesmbH. He studied at the University of Technology Graz and he worked as a researcher and lecturer at this University from 1991 - 1996. In 2 European mobility projects (1993 and 1994) he was involved in the foundation of ISCN, and he became the director of ISCN in 1997. He is/has been the technical manager of many European projects:

He is a principal  ISO 15504  and Automotive SPICE assessor and a founding member of the INTACS (International Assessor Certification Scheme) Board (www.intacs.info).

Antonio Coletta

Antonio (Tony) Coletta is an international expert and consultant in the area of process engineering. In the past he has worked many years with Olivetti as a Chief Software Engineer leading a project for the development of a CASE environment and has conducted extensive research on software quality at the Science Park Tecnopolis.

He is a qualified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, ISO/IEC 15504 Principal Assessor and ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor, and has an extensive experience in supporting software organizations in implementing process improvement based on international standards (12207, 15504, CMMI).

On behalf of DNV, he participates actively in international standardization activities and has been member of the ISO/IEC JTC1 SC7 Software and System Engineering Committee since 1993. He has contributed to the development of the standard ISO/IEC 15504 as co-editor of part 3 and part 8 and is currently active in the working group dealing with the revision of the IT service management standard ISO/IEC 20000.
