Dr. Richard Messnarz is the Executive Director of ISCN LTD and ISCN GesmbH. He studied at the University of Technology Graz and he worked as a researcher and lecturer at this University from 1991 - 1996.
Richard Messnarz is a principal ISO 15504 and Automotive SPICE assessor and a founding member of the iNTACS Board (www.intacs.info).
