On Thursday the first iNTCCM examination was held. In Copenhagen (Denmark) five examinees faced up to the questions for becoming Certified Professionals for Configuration Management after a training at DELTA with iNTCCM President Anne Mette Jonassen Hass. The iNTCCM Certification Scheme provides the basic knowledge of the configuration management discipline within the IT and is independent of subject (e.g. software, hardware, applications), life cycle phases of the subject (e.g. design, development, deployment, maintenance), and methods/standards (e.g. agile developmnet, service management, ISO standards).
