Well attended were the keynote speeches of Dr. Richard Messnarz (Austria) and Antonio Coletta (Italy) on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. Messnarz (photo 1) spoke about "Integrated Automotive SPICE and Safety Assessments", Coletta (photo 3) introduced "SPICE for IT service management - new ISO/IEC developments" and promised the ISO/IEC 20000 standard on service managements to be published soon.
