The two projects PLATO and EQN which are supported by the European Union  were holding a joint conference on October 15/16th in Budapest (Hungary). iSQI's Director Stephan Goericke hold a keynote speech on the future of E-learning in a mobile Europe, entitled "Industry Accreditation - A New Reality". Goericke referred to the current Europe-wide lack of skilled staff and introduced the certification program of iSQI as a method to meet the market demands. He commended the E-learning and testing platform of the European Quality Network (EQN), because it minimizes the logistic efforts so that the learning matter and the exams are available for more professionals at a lower price at any time. iSQI is a partner of the EQN Portal with its standards for Project Management and Software Architecture. The examination is a multiple choice test of 90 minutes. The examinee receives the certificate right after a successful exam. Please find information on the standards here. Moreover iSQI will provide the IT Security Management scheme, developed within the German association SeSamBB (Security and Safety made  in Berlin-Brandenburg) this year.
