iSQI Agile Teaming Vision

The agile community normally shies away from standardization, exams and certificates as these are against their philosophy. At the same time though agile projects need structures, methods and a consensus on the overall approach to be a success. As the cooperation of individual team members is key to project success a common understanding of the skills and responsibilities of each tester is essential.

Agile software development is different from the traditional regimented methodologies, so we set the focus of the iSQI Agile Teaming courses on the most important element in agile projects: YOU.

This was taken into consideration during the development of the different iSQI Agile Teaming certification standards to create a framework that is agile and not static. iSQI thus teamed up with renowned industry experts to realize this concept.

Currently six courses belong to the iSQI Agile Teaming vision: iSQI® Certified Agile Tester, iSQI® Certified Agile Essentials, iSQI® Certified Agile Test Driven Development, iSQI® Certified Agile Business Analysis, iSQI® Certified Agile Behavior Driven Development and iSQI® Certified Agile Team Management (Leadership & Soft Skills). In the future further courses will join this original plan.
